About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our Paediatric and Neonatal Decision Support and Retrieval Service (PaNDR) team. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to infants requiring emergency and elective transfer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert critical care to neonates and children up to the age of 16 years with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and delivering outreach learning to our service users across the region.

Person Specification

Essential

  • First Level Registration with the NMC.
  • Neonatal Critical Care qualification.
  • Teaching / mentorship qualification.
  • Neonatal Life Support Course.
  • Safeguarding level 3.

Desirable

  • Enhanced Nursing Skills Qualification (ENP).
  • Degree in relevant health related subject.
  • Leadership qualification.
