We are seeking a Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at CV-Library in Northampton, UK. This is a competitive full-time position with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the development of financial analysis and insights to drive business growth and improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including weekly flash, weekly profit and loss, and month-end close.
  • Developing and communicating key performance indicators to monitor and drive positive change.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and insight to aid interpretation and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or studying towards a qualification.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
