School Improvement Director

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Improvement Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading our efforts to enhance educational outcomes across Northamptonshire.

About the Role:

  1. You will lead and manage school improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality learning experiences across all schools in Northamptonshire.
  2. You will design and implement effective strategies to improve teaching and learning, with a focus on raising attainment and reducing disparities.
  3. You will collaborate with school leaders, governing bodies, and stakeholders to ensure strong governance and effective leadership.
  4. You will act as the key point of contact for Head Teachers on school improvement issues and provide expert guidance across a range of educational areas including Safeguarding, Inclusion, and SEND.
  5. You will oversee and evaluate school improvement plans, working with internal teams and external agencies to align resources and ensure value for money.

About You:

  • You will have proven experience in a school or local authority setting, with a strong track record of effective teaching and leadership across at least one key stage.
  • You will possess excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and allocate resources effectively.
  • You will have experience in implementing school improvement strategies and demonstrating measurable outcomes.
  • You will be an exceptional communicator, able to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including head teachers, governors, and other education professionals.
