Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking technology.
  • Desktop Maintenance: Maintain and update desktop systems, including installing new software and hardware.
  • Helpdesk Support: Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions, and update our knowledge database to ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar, with certifications in Microsoft/Comptia/ITIL and cisco.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent language and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
