Payment Administrator Opportunity

This role has become available as a Payment Administrator to join one of our Client Money Teams within Bravo Group, part of the wider Ardonagh Group.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage their own time and workload, and is confident in collaborating with internal staff and external customers and banks.

The new and modern office is in Leeds city centre, with excellent transport links.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with the Line Manager to set and achieve yearly objectives.
  2. Issue payments from the Client account as requested by our Broker members.
  3. Manage own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  4. Communicate and build relations with other IBA departments and external Brokers & businesses.
  5. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
  6. Ensure successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.
  7. Apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.
