We are seeking a highly skilled Care Act Compliance Specialist to join our team at Tripod Partners. This exciting role will see you working in acute Hospital settings, completing complex Assessments and making informed Best Interest Decisions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all decisions made are compliant with the Care Act, requiring a high level of recording skills and clear, concise decision-making. Your ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize casework is crucial, given the fast-paced environment of our Hospitals.

We require an excellent understanding of multi-agency working and the continuing Health Care criteria, as well as experience with DST checklists. Flexibility around home working is expected, with regular visits to Hospitals to complete Assessments.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development.
