Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with complex and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent nursing care to patients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and produce well-developed care plans
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and CQC requirements
- Experience working in a mental health hospital setting
