About the Role:

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Nurse Leader to join our team. As a key member of our care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to residents with mental and physical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and support
  • Create safe and supportive environments for residents
  • Mentor and develop staff members to achieve quality care standards

Requirements:

  • RN (RMN/RNLD) with current NMC registration and mentor or supervision qualification
  • Experience in delivering excellent care to residents with dementia, producing care plans, and conducting risk assessments
  • Up-to-date knowledge on clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
