Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at an undisclosed care home. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and clinical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role
As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans, and will be responsible for mentoring and supporting new staff members.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a mentor or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience of working with older people, producing care plans and carrying out risk assessments.
