We are currently seeking a rehabilitation programme manager to join our team at Red 5 People. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us on our cutting-edge criminal justice support programme, which aims to provide resettlement and employment support to clients in prison and probation settings.

About the Role

As a rehabilitation programme manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing one-to-one support and guidance to aid their progress. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients in prison and probation settings
  • Develop and implement effective support plans
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to clients

You will be based at HMP Send for typically 3 – 4 days a week, with the remaining days spent at Guildford probation trust. In order to be successful in this role, you must have experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting.
