Clinical Skills Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Skills Lead to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing education, training, support, and development to staff in line with our agreed training and education priorities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes for diverse staff groups
  • Develop training packages (online and/or face-to-face) to support staff development
  • Work with groups and individuals from all backgrounds, across all disciplines in a variety of roles and settings
  • Support learners and provide guidance to staff and managers regarding learning
  • Stay up-to-date with professional requirements related to supporting learners in practice
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject area (e.g. Education, Healthcare, or Social Science)
  • Recognised training or teaching qualification or equivalent experience
  • Current Health or Social Care Professional Qualification and registration on the appropriate clinical register
  • Masters level study in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • Coaching or mentoring qualification
