The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general system administration, with a focus on Salesforce. They will also possess excellent communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder management.

About the Job

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to global users on Salesforce or SaaS products.
  • Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively, understanding their needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform general system administration tasks on Salesforce, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations, workflows, and reports to support business processes.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • A solid understanding of general system administration, with a focus on Salesforce.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a homeworking role from the UK, and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
