We are a leading provider of mental health services, dedicated to supporting individuals in crisis. Our team at Oak Paddock is committed to delivering high-quality care and support.

As a Specialist Mental Health Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our guests to provide therapeutic support and ensure the smooth running of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to guests, promoting their independence and choice
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals for guests
  • Able to work flexibly within a 24hr Rolling Rota system, including weekend working and sleep-in shifts
  • Deliver high-quality support, adhering to our strict standards of care

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Working knowledge of Mental Health legislation
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
