We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Classroom Support Officer.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or be willing to work towards it. They will provide comprehensive support to teachers, assisting pupils with their educational and social development in a specialist school for young people with complex needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tailored support to teachers to achieve sustained progress for pupils.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Contributing to the development of a therapeutic, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
