About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accident Claims Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of claims and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with incoming post and handle high-volume telephone calls
  • Respond to and send emails, draft documents, and consider evidence from different sources
  • Make judgements and decisions relating to liability and liaise with clients to progress matters effectively
  • Deal with client queries and complaints in a professional and competent manner
Requirements
  • 3 A levels or equivalent, a Law degree, or relevant experience within a legal or law environment
  • Good organizational skills, strong time management, and ability to prioritize work
  • Keyboard skills, accurate data entry, and strong team-playing skills
  • Ability to work with honesty and integrity, excellent attention to detail, and a methodical approach
  • Courteous and efficient telephone manner, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to display empathy to clients
