About the Role:
As a Clinical Supervisor for our Emergency Medical Services team, you will play a vital role in leading and developing a group of clinical staff. You will provide practice education, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care. Your expertise will be essential in managing emergency calls and incidents, and you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
* Manage emergency calls and incidents, using your expertise to make sound judgments and decisions
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain current and effective registration with the Health and Care Professions Council

What You'll Need:
* A Paramedic registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (or superseding body) or Nurse registered with NMC or equivalent
* Qualified C1 and IHCD Emergency Driving (D2) or superseding award
* Successful completion of newly qualified period of practice
* Commitment to continuous professional development

Salary:£45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
