Paramedic Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Paramedic or Ambulance Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the development and supervision of clinical staff, while also participating in clinical supervision and development of other less qualified or less experienced clinical staff.
About the PositionThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth and development of our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing practice education, support, and coaching for clinical staff
- Participating in clinical supervision and development of other clinical staff
- Maintaining current and effective registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Paramedic or Nurse qualification registered with the Health & Care Professions Council or equivalent. They should also possess a commitment to continuous professional development.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
