Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling meetings and organizing events with promoters

Managing roster grids and keeping London office roster information up to date

Maintaining contact lists and updating documents such as the All Agents List

Preparing weekly outstanding payment reports and working with agents, assistants, and the finance team to track and chase deposits and final balance payments

Updating show lists and compiling London show lists on a weekly basis

Handling enquiries via email or phone and checking ticket figures for management

Managing guest lists for festivals and headline shows

Providing daily ad hoc support to agents and assistants, when approved by Operations Manager

Requirements:

General understanding of the current music industry and the nature of a talent agency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize a busy workload

Ability to develop business relationships and work effectively in a team

Previous experience in a related field is desirable
