Hospitality Specialist

Tewv Brits seeks a highly motivated Cook to join their catering team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves preparing and serving meals in line with high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
Job Responsibilities
As a Cook, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with standard recipes and quality control procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Assisting with menu planning and ordering supplies.
- Providing excellent customer service and hospitality to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality (706/1).
- Numeracy and Literacy to Level 1.
- NVQ Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality (706/2) is desirable but not essential.
