Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions for students with communication challenges.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans to support learning and social development.
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to create a holistic support system.
  • Train school staff on speech and language strategies for classroom integration.
  • Monitor progress and adapt interventions to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with communication difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
