About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Specialist to join our team at a secondary school in Dagenham. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, SEMH, and Speech and Language Needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support in Maths, English, or other subject specialisms.
- Assist with classroom activities and interventions to meet students' goals.
- Act as a First Aider (training provided).
Requirements:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for supporting students with SEN.
