We are seeking an experienced Rail Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team at John Sisk and Son. Responsibilities

">
  • Liaise with customers, their representatives, and other stakeholders on operational issues.
  • Manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate trades activities, supervise and manage site subcontract and works teams.
  • Arrange for the rectification of defects found and update the client/project manager.
  • Manage and organize the issuing and delivery of reactive orders.
  • Plan and arrange for all access and safety critical requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a construction management environment with a similar national/regional contractor.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to get the best out of individuals, teams, and trade contractors.
  • Ability to relate company commercial strategy to own activities and projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all trades required on site, codes of practice, and requirements.
  • Degree or diploma in a construction-related subject (desirable).
