Senior Student Programmes Coordinator

The College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Senior Student Programmes Coordinator to support the Department of Health Sciences.

This role will involve coordinating the development and implementation of new and revised administration processes, procedures and office systems required to support the Department's student experience on Trans-National Education (TNE) programmes.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating and managing new processes to support academic staff and students and will regularly liaise with external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Division of Physiotherapy's Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Advanced Clinical Practice postgraduate programmes.
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of new and revised administration processes, procedures and office systems.
  • Organising and coordinating students' mandated pre-placement training.
  • Supporting the Department's Degree Apprenticeships.
  • Deputising for the Student Programmes Manager as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a complex administrative role.
  • Experience of organizing activities/events.
  • Excellent level of IT literacy.
