Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Senior Officer to join our Timetabling Team at Brunel University London. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT, data management, and people skills, with the ability to work within a fast-developing team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Production, collection, and processing of data for the teaching timetables to meet academic requirements for delivery of teaching and assessment.
  2. Ensuring effective utilisation of teaching space across the institution, alongside the maintenance of programme and course information.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have good educational qualification (at least A-level or equivalent), excellent customer service, communication, and reporting skills, a good eye for detail, and the ability to undertake documentation and training activities. Experience of working in a service-orientated environment, with some experience in a higher educational environment being desirable.
