Senior Student Programmes Coordinator

The College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at Brunel University London is seeking a Senior Student Programmes Coordinator to support the Department of Health Sciences in the Taught Programmes Office (TPO).

This role will involve creating and managing new processes to support academic staff and students, as well as liaising with external stakeholders.

Main duties will include:

  • Supporting the Division of Physiotherapy's postgraduate programmes to ensure administrative and operational requirements are met.
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of new administration processes and office systems required to support the Department's student experience on Trans-National Education (TNE) programmes.
  • Organising and coordinating students' mandated pre-placement training.
  • Supporting the Department's Degree Apprenticeships to ensure their administrative processes are effective in supporting the apprentice experience and external requirements.
  • Deputising for the Student Programmes Manager as required.

Applicants should have experience of working in a complex administrative role, organising activities/events, and an excellent level of IT literacy.
