The Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Sales Partner to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment, a leading digital advertising platform.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling digital advertising solutions to agencies across the UK, growing existing business and unlocking new opportunities.

The Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency personnel at all levels, owning conversations and driving sales growth.
  • Sell digital advertising solutions, including display and video formats.
  • Work closely with our Commercial Director and report directly to the Head of Sales, both highly experienced professionals in the industry.

You will be the face of our industry-leading digital platform, specializing in premium media, which is growing exponentially and plans to double headcount by next year.

A successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2+ years' experience in the digital media or ad tech industry.
  • Proven track record in agency sales or a media agency background.
  • An extensive network of contacts across the UK media agency landscape.
  • Familiarity with the programmatic landscape and experience in programmatic sales.
  • A keen eye for growth opportunities and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45k - £50k + 50% OTE (uncapped) and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

The Salary

This role offers a competitive salary range of £45k - £50k, plus a 50% uncapped OTE. The estimated total compensation package could reach up to £75k per annum.
