We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Support Representative to join our team at Bennett And Game Recruitment. This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in sales support or similar positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dedicated sales support for all external Sales Account Managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.
  • Organizing, updating, and managing the customer database and CRM system to maintain accurate records and enhance customer relationships.
  • Reviewing daily sales orders to guarantee timely deliveries and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Raising quotations as requested by sales account managers or customers, promoting business growth and development.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by advising on deliveries, arranging collections, and sending Certificates of Conformity to key customers.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales support or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, allowing for efficient data management and analysis.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving sales success.
  • A full-time, permanent position with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (08:30 to 17:00).
