Smile Education Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering targeted intervention sessions to groups of children in upper Key Stage 2 (KS2).

About the Role

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching in upper KS2. You will work closely with classroom teachers to ensure consistency and continuity in teaching.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering focused intervention sessions to support the learning and progress of students in upper KS2.
  • Working with small groups of children to provide targeted support and guidance.
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching in upper KS2
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Smile Education Recruitment offers a competitive salary package and excellent benefits.
