Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Hygiene Specialist to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our hospital cleaning and hygiene team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and rooms according to established protocols.
- Operate heavy cleaning equipment and use specialized chemicals to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and hygiene goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning and hygiene services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
