We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedics to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out regular daytime work, including independent operating lists, with a focus on joint replacement, soft tissue operations, and fracture fixation.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of the team's clinical inpatient load, including pre-operative planning and post-operative care.
- Provide on-call cover during normal office hours to support the department, while maintaining clinical exposure through the fellowship.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopaedic surgery and trauma, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. They will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
