You'll be joining our Facilities team within our Support Centre in Greater Manchester, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and embedding governance and driving improvements to our overall cost control.

This is an exciting time for mydentist, as we work towards the implementation of our digital transformation, a key part of which includes Contractor Management.

  • As an experienced Facilities professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive contractor management strategies, including B2B engagement, adoption, and training, as well as ongoing administration.
  • You will also be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new contractors, focusing on areas where we have poor coverage or poor performers.
  • Additionally, you will support with tenders, quarterly meetings, KPI/SLA reporting, and monitoring and improvement plans.
  • You will hold monthly reviews with every supplier to review real-time performance data and develop contractor-specific action plans to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Contract administration, including preparing and issuing contracts via DocuSign, will also be a key part of your role.

Key responsibilities

Proactive contractor management, including B2B engagement, adoption, and training, as well as ongoing administration.

Sourcing and onboarding new contractors, focusing on areas where we have poor coverage or poor performers.

Supporting with tenders, quarterly meetings, KPI/SLA reporting, and monitoring and improvement plans.

Holding monthly reviews with every supplier to review real-time performance data and develop contractor-specific action plans to drive improvements and efficiencies.

Contract administration, including preparing and issuing contracts via DocuSign.

Requirements

Confidence and a clear understanding of putting the customer first.

Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high commercial acumen.

Excellent communication and persuasive skills to build positive relationships at various levels both internally and externally.

Good communication skills to present a case briefly and logically.

Influencing and negotiating skills to motivate colleagues to work towards a common goal.

Potential to stimulate and manage change while driving innovation.

A driving licence
