Your career, your role

As a Clinical Digital Experience Manager, you'll:

  • Deliver business value by managing digital healthcare products and supporting their use in practice.
  • Manage medical technologies, including Xray AI, Lab Software, CBCT, OPG, CEPH, and Microscopes.
  • Structure, plan, and sequence technical projects to drive business objectives and strategic pillars.
  • Develop clinical workflows and deliver clinician training to proliferate workflows across the business.
  • Maintain and develop business cases for Clinical Digital projects.

You'll need:

  • Hardware product management experience, ideally in healthcare, retail, or multi-site organisations.
  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets, planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
  • Previous experience working in the dental industry, particularly labs or dental supply chains.
  • Customer service-oriented, with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage conflict effectively.
