Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Oswestry. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Home and Deputy Manager to maintain a safe and caring environment for residents
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, including those related to care homes and the Care Quality Commission
- Lead by example, mentoring and guiding the care and nursing teams to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and quality of life
Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse RGN/RMN with Active PIN and no restrictions
- Experience of caring for individuals with dementia and managing medications
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a care team, with a focus on developing staff skills and knowledge
- Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk and key care principles
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £47,000 per annum, above the living wage for all positions, including those under 25
