PART TIME - 20 HOURS A WEEK
We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate care assistance to come and join our team to provide care to individuals 65 and over in a Care Home setting.
No experience necessary as all training will be given.
We are looking for people that want to make a difference to people's health and well-being and someone that has great communication skills and can work in a team and independently.
Tasks may include:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as changing bed sheets.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments.
- Observe, monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
- Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
