Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Approach Personnel Ltd. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to completion, managing financial budgets, and undertaking fieldwork and supervision of site contractors.
About the Role- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement geotechnical and geoenvironmental reports, waste classification assessments, and other technical documents.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- BSc in Geology or related field.
- MSc in Geotechnical/Geological Engineering.
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
- Computer and geotechnical software literate.
- Full UK Clean Driving License and willingness to travel.
- CSCS Card advantageous but not essential.
