Job Title: Global Employment Policy Manager

As a Global Employment Policy Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our global HR policies and standards to align with our organizational objectives, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment across all locations.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to establish policies that foster a high-performance culture, support talent acquisition and retention, and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
  • Develop training programs and resources to educate employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR leadership, Legal, Audit & Compliance, and business leaders, to ensure buy-in and support for policy initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding and demonstrable experience of employment policy and legislation related principles, practices, and regulations in a global organisation.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field and/or progressive experience in HR policy development, compliance, or related areas, with a focus on global.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, regulations, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong capability across the full MS Office suite, with particular strength in Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive reward information.
