Victoria Lindfield Associates is seeking a seasoned Operations/Office Manager to oversee the relocation of their Global Investment firm to a brand new office space in Mayfair.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate professional with experience managing office moves, reporting directly into New York. The ideal candidate will have line management experience, although not necessarily Executive Assistant management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of Executive Assistants and ensuring a seamless transition to the new office space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the office move process
  • Leading the team of Executive Assistants
  • Coordinating the setup of the new office space

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary package including:

  • £70-90k base salary plus generous performance bonus
  • 9-6 hours workday with a healthy work-life balance outside of core hours
  • £20 daily lunch allowance and fully stocked kitchen
  • Generous commuting allowance per month
  • Full benefits package
