Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Operations team at Costain Group Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and guide all employee relations cases, providing advice and guidance on policy and case matters.
- Identify areas for improvement and deliver relevant training/coaching sessions to support continuous improvement.
- Support operational HR aspects of the employment life cycle across projects, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Contribute to resource planning processes, mobilisation, talent acquisition, and right sizing.
- Play an active role in talent transfer across the business, encouraging career development plans, succession, and identification of key talent.
- Communicate and deploy Central HR policies, processes, and initiatives effectively at site level.
