Huntress is partnering with a leading organisation near Old Windsor to recruit a permanent HR & Payroll Advisor.

This role is part of a small HR team, reporting to the HR Director, providing shared services to over 300 employees across 11 locations in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide first-line advice to managers and senior leadership on HR-related matters
  • Manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Update the Payroll Master spreadsheet with HR-related changes, collect evidence, and review payroll calculations before submission
  • Administer benefits, liaise with managers, and support staff with benefits-related queries
  • Absence management, maternity, paternity, and adoption leave processes, preparing correspondence and advising managers
  • Run recruitment processes, drafting adverts, job descriptions, and checking right-to-work in the UK
  • Update policies and procedures in line with current legislation

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing payroll independently
  • Extremely organised
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7)
  • UK employment law knowledge
