Area Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Support Manager to join our team at Thames Hospice. As a key member of our retail management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Area Retail Managers in managing our shops on a needs-led basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Area Retail Managers in managing shop operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with the retail management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance shop performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to shop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and report on shop performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff engagement.
