Thames Hospice is seeking an experienced Area Support Manager to support our Area Retail Managers in managing our shops on a needs-led basis.
About the Role
This is a varied and challenging role that requires a commercial and retail-focused individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Area Retail Managers in managing shop operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Work closely with the retail team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance shop performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to shop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and report on shop performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff engagement.
