About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our health and safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers across approximately 30 venues.

As the Area Safety Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Health and Safety to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures that meet statutory and Rank Group requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • NEBOSH National Diploma or General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Food Safety Qualification
  • Fire Safety Qualification
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
