About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Support Manager to join our team at Thames Hospice. As a key member of our retail management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Area Retail Managers in managing our shops on a needs-led basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Area Retail Managers to ensure the effective management of our shops.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with the retail management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and guidance to store teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
