Job Summary

Thames Hospice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Support Manager to join our team. As an Area Support Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Area Retail Managers in managing our shops on a needs-led basis.

About the Role

This is a varied and challenging role that requires a strong commercial acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the Area Retail Managers in achieving sales targets, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Area Retail Managers in managing shop operations, including sales, stock, and customer service
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and support to Area Retail Managers
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shop performance and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
