C&E Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the team of a high-end dinner show in Mayfair. The successful candidate will have a passion for premium cuisine and a background in South American, ideally Peruvian, cooking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 15 chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to create innovative menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Ensure impeccable food hygiene and presentation standards
  • Train and inspire junior chefs to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a premium London restaurant or similar
  • Proven track record of menu creativity and innovation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
