About the Job:

Job Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring students remain engaged and focused in class activities. You will supervise students during lessons, deliver pre-preared lesson plans, and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £115-£130 per day and the opportunity to gain experience working as a Cover Supervisor, with potential to progress to teaching roles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during lessons, ensuring they remain on task and engaged
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, following the curriculum set by the school
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, promoting respect and inclusivity among students
* Develop skills in behaviour management, working with students who display challenging behaviour

Requirements:
* Excellent curriculum knowledge and ability to deliver engaging lessons
* Experience working with children or young people who display challenging behaviour
* Ability to establish trust with pupils from diverse backgrounds
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
