About the Role

We are working with a family-run business specializing in international removals based in Surrey. The company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Move Manager to join their team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics, ensuring smooth transitions for clients, collecting documents, and collaborating with operations and admin teams. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of goods to ensure a seamless moving experience for clients.
  • Collect and verify custom documents, guaranteeing compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents.

A successful Move Manager will have previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the removals industry.
