About the Role
At Crooton, we're seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our care home team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with daily activities, such as food and drink, and adhering to individual care plans. You'll also have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our residents, providing one-to-one time and attention.
To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a caring approach, and experience working with older people. We offer comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role.
