Residential Support Worker

Amber Mace is currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join our team in Chipping Norton. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live a happy and healthy life.
About the Role:- Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
- Encourage residents to engage in social activities and participate in community events
- Contribute to a positive and respectful environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of all residents
To succeed in this role, you will require a genuine passion for care and a commitment to delivering exceptional support services. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, although not essential.
