Job Title: Special Needs Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Special Needs Education Support Professional. This role will involve working with children who have emotional, mental health-related needs and require additional support to regulate their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Assist students in developing socially acceptable behavior and self-regulation skills

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff
- Patience and resilience in a challenging environment
- Minimum of GCSE level education
